From Apprentice Plumber To Leading Heating and Plumbing Specialists
Every business has a beginning, and ours started on site with a single apprentice learning the trade. Founder Shane Dawson began by mastering the fundamentals of plumbing and heating, working under experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience, and understanding the challenges of real-world systems. Those early years of learning the trade, problem-solving on-site, and delivering quality work laid the foundation for everything that came next.
After completing the apprenticeship and earning full certification, we took the leap into running our own plumbing and heating service. Starting small, we handled local installations, maintenance, and emergency call-outs, building a reputation for reliability, technical skill, and professionalism. Each completed job, no matter how big or small, brought another satisfied client and another referral, allowing the business to grow steadily.
As experience and confidence grew, so did the scale and complexity of our projects. We began installing full heating systems, replacing boilers, and working on multi-property developments. The team expanded, bringing in skilled engineers who shared our commitment to excellence. Over time, we earned the trust of homeowners, landlords, and businesses, and built a portfolio of projects we are proud of.
